40 Years to 64 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with type 2 diabetes aged 40-64 years old, in line with the 1999 World Health Organization diagnostic guidelines for type 2 diabetes; 2. The duration of diabetes is more than 5 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Diabetic ketoacidosis, hypoglycemia coma, hypertonic glucose coma and other acute complications of diabetes; 2. Clinical evidence of cerebrovascular accident, central nervous system infection, stroke, cerebral hemorrhage or other central nervous system damage; 3. Visual and hearing impairment; 4. Parkinson's disease, malignant, severe anemia and other systemic diseases; thyroid disease, Cushing's syndrome, history of drug abuse or dependence, and depression (within 3 months); use of anti-Parkinson's disease in the first three months of screening Drugs, benzodiazepines and barbiturates, antiepileptic drugs, anticoagulants, etc.; 5. Patients who are bedridden or unable to take care of themselves; 6. Patients who have undergone gastrointestinal surgery or have irritable bowel syndrome or chronic diarrhea; 7. BMI < 18.5kg/m2; 8. Those who have taken PPI or H2 receptor blocker, acarbose, intestinal probiotic products, and antibiotics within 3 months before enrollment.
