Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Inclusion criteria of KOA group: (1)Age greater than or equal to 18 years old and less than or equal to 70 years old; (2)According to the diagnostic and classification criteria of KOA issued by the American Rheumatology Association in 1986, at least one knee has knee osteoarthritis; (3)No other knee diseases; (4)Patients who voluntarily participate in and sign informed consent; (5)No open knee / ankle surgery was performed. 2.Inclusion criteria of normal group: (1)Age greater than or equal to 18 years old and less than or equal to 70 years old; (2)According to the diagnostic and classification criteria of KOA issued by the American Rheumatology Association in 1986, it was not diagnosed as knee osteoarthritis; (3)There were no other knee diseases and no knee osteoarthritis was diagnosed; (4)Patients who voluntarily participate in and sign informed consent; (5)No open knee / ankle surgery was performed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Taking oral corticosteroids in the past 1 month or knee injection corticosteroids in the past 3 months; 2. Patients with bleeding tendency or coagulation dysfunction; 3. Patients with knee joint infection; 4. Patients with uncontrolled diabetes; 5. Patients with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases (unstable stage), severe liver and kidney insufficiency, or history of other severe knee fractures or malignant tumors in the past; 6. Patients with mental and psychological diseases and disorders of consciousness, etc. who cannot objectively and effectively evaluate their functional status; 7. Patients who refuse to accept leg swing exercises and related tests.
