20 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for lumbar disc herniation, mainly pain; 2. Aged 20 to 70 years, regardless of gender; 3. No indication for surgery; 4. Voluntarily participate in this research and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with tumor, tuberculosis, spinal osteomyelitis, spinal fracture, cauda equina syndrome, ankylosing spondylitis; 2. Non-disc-derived causes (such as spinal stenosis, inflammation, tumors, etc.), non-specific low back pain patients, and acute low back pain patients; 3. Combined with serious cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney and other serious life-threatening primary diseases and mental patients; 4. Pregnant and lactating women.
