20 Years to 76 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA I-III; Aged 20-76 years; 2. Elective hip replacement surgery under general anesthesia; 3. BMI less than 30kg/m2; 4. Normal liver and kidney function; 5. The patients were aware of this study and signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Puncture site infection; 2. Anticoagulation status; 3. Allergy to local anesthetics; 4. Serious cardiovascular disease, blood disease; 5. Alcohol abuse; 6. Combined with myasthenia gravis or Parkinson's disease or pregnancy status; 7. History of previous spinal surgery; 8. Cognitive dysfunction before surgery, unable to cooperate with pain assessment.
