Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Inclusion criteria of prehypertension group: (1) Meeting the criteria of prehypertension; (2) Age 18-70 years old, gender is not limited; (3) Agree to accept the investigation and cooperate to complete it, and sign the informed consent. All patients who met the above three options were included. 2.Inclusion criteria for healthy control group: (1) Age 18-70 years old, gender is not limited; (2) Meet the ideal blood pressure diagnostic criteria, and no history of hypertension or family history; (3) Sign the informed consent. All patients who met the above three options were included.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe liver dysfunction, except for the elevation of aspartate aminotransferase (AST) caused by acute myocardial infarction, AST and alanine aminotransferase (ALT) are greater than 2 times the upper limit of normal; severe renal insufficiency Subjects (Cr>177umol/L/3.0mg/dl); 2. Has received other treatments, which may affect the observers of the indicators in this study; 3. Patients with malignant tumors, immune system diseases, connective tissue diseases and other serious diseases of the organ system. 4. Pregnant or planning to become pregnant and lactating women; 5. Persons with disabilities and mental disorders stipulated by law. 6. Those taking probiotics and other intestinal microecological preparations at the same time.
