Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing elective UKA operation, aged >= 40 years, ASA class I-III, have completed the relevant examination tests and have signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who are contraindicated to puncture, allergic to narcotic drugs, patients with peripheral neuropathy, those with a history of psychiatric disorders who are unable to cooperate, those accompany with severe organ dysfunction, and patients who are participating in other clinical trials and are considered unsuitable for clinical trials by researchers for other reasons.
