Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the above-mentioned diagnostic criteria for stroke and MCI; 2. Ischemic stroke confirmed by CT or MRI, cognitive dysfunction must occur after cerebrovascular disease; Hachinski ischemia score > 7 points (excluding Alzheimer's disease); 3. There is objective cognitive impairment, MMSE scale score: 21-26 points (plus 1 point for primary school education), MoCA scale score 19-25 points; 4. The vital signs are stable and the consciousness is clear; 5. Aged 40-80 years, gender is not limited; 6. Informed consent, voluntarily sign the informed consent form, and voluntarily cooperate to complete this clinical observation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with depression or serious damage to important organs, such as cardiac insufficiency, liver and kidney dysfunction, severe diabetes and other diseases; 2. Illiteracy or severe visual, hearing and speech dysfunction will affect the cooperation of the test; 3. Those who have used any drugs that may affect cognitive function within the past month or are undergoing other clinical trials; 4. Those with contraindications related to MRI.
