Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Uremia with chronic renal failure diagnosed by western medicine, aged 18-60 years; 2. Native Chinese, autologous arteriovenous fistula; 3. The average blood phosphorus level of the last three times and the last blood phosphorus level are >= 5.5mg/dl; 4. Long term use of lanthanum carbonate in the treatment of hyperphosphatemia; 5. Have normal reading, writing and communication skills; 6. Zhiqing agrees and participates voluntarily; 7. It can cooperate with 20 minutes of operation training.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe dysarthria, hearing impairment, cognitive impairment and other reasons make the patient unable to cooperate with the scale evaluation; 2. Language impairment caused by disturbance of consciousness and general mental retardation; 3. Learning difficulties and language defects caused by congenital or childhood diseases; 4. Due to the functional impairment of important organs such as heart, liver and kidney, the researcher believes that it is not suitable to participate in this study; 5. Severe malnutrition, serum albumin < 25 g / L.
