Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Pulmonary resection under thoracoscopy; 2. Intraoperative one-lung ventilation; 3. Aged more than 30 years and less than 60 years; 4. ASA is classified as I-III; 5. Normal or mildly abnormal lung function; 6. Voluntarily sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. There is severe hypoxemia before surgery and oxygen inhalation is required (PaO2 <= 60mmHg); 2. Patients with thrombosis in the upper extremity itself; 3. Patients with coagulation dysfunction; 4. Peripheral ischemic vascular disease, blood system disease, upper extremity deformity, trauma, and dysfunction of the upper limbs.
