Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Heart color ultrasound diagnosed as TGA; 2. Simple cardiovascular malformations such as ventricular septal defect, atrial septal defect and patent ductus arteriosus can be combined; 3. The first in-hospital Arterial Switch Operation (ASO); 4. The age of surgery is less than or equal to 28 days.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Combined with coarctation of the aortic arch, pulmonary venous drainage, hypoplastic left heart syndrome and other complex malformations.
