Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Community populations (except for those with contraindications) excluding sensitive populations such as pregnant women.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. A family living alone; 2. Have taken antibiotics, bismuth, traditional Chinese medicine with antibacterial effect within one month, or have taken PPI, H2 receptor antagonists and other drugs within two weeks; 3. The fasting time before the test is less than 2 hours; 4. Received HP eradication therapy within half a year; 5. Those with severe heart, liver and kidney insufficiency, severe neuropathy or mental illness; 6. Subjects deemed unsuitable by the researchers to participate in this project.
