18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Left ventricular end-diastolic diameter (LVEDd)>5.0cm (female), LVEDd>5.5cm (male); LVEF<45%, left ventricular short-axis shortening rate (LVFS) < 25%; 2. NYHA cardiac function class II-III; 3. Aged 18-75 years, gender is not limited, the patient signed the informed consent; 4. No other symptomatic traditional Chinese medicine preparations have been taken in the past 2 weeks.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Viral myocarditis, rheumatic cardiomyopathy, ischemic heart disease, diabetic heart disease, valvular heart disease and other structural heart disease with clear etiology; 2. Patients with severe liver and kidney damage, cancer and mental illness; 3. Pregnant and lactating women; 4. Patients with severe heart, liver, kidney, blood, and nervous system diseases; 5. Patients with non-cooperation or poor compliance due to other reasons.
