Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 18-80 years; 2.Patients with clinical diagnosis of acute renal injury; 3.Patients were voluntarily included in the experiment, and all patients signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with previous chronic renal insufficiency; 2.Patients treated with glucocorticoid for more than 3 days; 3.Patients taking thyroxine tablets or antithyroid drugs for a long time; 4.Patients after organ transplantation or stem cell transplantation; 5.The etiology of AKI comes from pre-renal factors, post renal obstructive diseases, rapid progressive nephritis syndrome, acute interstitial nephritis and thrombotic microvascular disease; 6.Patients with malignant tumors and autoimmune diseases; 7.Other researchers considered it inappropriate to participate in the study.
