Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Amniotic fluid samples in the second trimester of pregnancy are taken from amniotic fluid samples obtained from pregnant women aged 28-35 who need amniocentesis. Only amniotic fluid samples with normal amniocentesis results can be used in further experiments. Amniotic fluid samples in the third trimester of pregnancy are taken from healthy pregnant women aged 28-35 who need cesarean section, and the fetus is born without malformation, neonatal asphyxia and other neonatal diseases, and the amniotic fluid is not polluted.
