Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients over 18 years old who planned to undergo vitrectomy peeling surgery of PDR .

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients without fibrovascular membrane (FVM) and patients requiring general anesthesia, patients with high myopia, severe liver and kidney dysfunction, and new cerebral infarction were found during surgery.
