Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Expected survival of less than six months, i.e., a score of less than 70 on the Karlsberg Performance Scale (KPS) or less than 70% on the Palliative Performance Scale (PPS), with an assessed survival expectancy of less than six months; 2. Patients and families voluntarily entered hospice services and signed an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who require active and invasive rescue measures, such as tracheal intubation, tracheotomy, chest compression, and ICU admission; 2. There is a new treatment method or the possibility of cure and improvement; 3. The patient's condition changes; 4. The patient or family members request to withdraw halfway.
