Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. American society of anesthesiologists (ASA) grades I to III; 2. No analgesic/sedative drugs have been used within 24 hours before surgery; 3. No serious endocrine and cardiovascular system diseases; 4. There is no mental disorder and can cooperate with the experimenter.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who have anesthesia drug allergy history and contraindications; 2. Those who have long-term addiction and dependence on opioids or hypnotics; 3. Severe heart, lung, liver and kidney dysfunction; 4. Those who have asthma before surgery.
