18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Supine craniotomy patients; 2. Aged 18-65 years; 3. ASA I-II level; 4. 18.5 < BMI < 28; 5. Patients who agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent for anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with chronic lung disease or pneumonia within 1 month before surgery; 2. History of lung surgery; 3. Patients with a history of smoking; 4. Patients with abnormal cardiac function; 5. Those with symptoms of intracranial hypertension; 6. Preoperative CT or MRI examination showed that the midline was shifted and the ventricle was obviously compressed.
