Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. A clear diagnosis of thumb stenosing tenosynovitis stage IV; 2. Unilateral one-digit thumb stenosing tenosynovitis; 3. Conservative treatment is ineffective, and A1 trochlear incision or excision and release is performed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Aged = 65 years; 2. Combined with rheumatoid arthritis, gouty arthritis, degenerative arthritis and other diseases that affect functional evaluation; 3. Combined with diabetes and other diseases that affect incision healing or postoperative recovery.
