Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Hospitalized in the Department of Orthopedics of Dujiangyan Medical Center for surgical treatment due to hip fracture; 2. Aged 50-80 years; 3. Body mass index is 20-35 kg/m2; 4. The preoperative American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classification (anesthesia risk assessment) is grade I-III; 5. The patients and their family members gave informed consent and signed the informed consent form, with good compliance and willingness to cooperate with follow-up visits.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The platelet count is less than 100 x 10^9/L; 2. Hemoglobin is less than 100g/L; 3. The daily dose of aspirin is greater than 100 mg; 4. Creatinine clearance rate is less than 30ml/min; 5. Blood AST and ALT are 2 times higher than the upper limit of normal or total bilirubin is higher than 1.5 times the upper limit of normal; 6. History of major brain, spine and ophthalmic surgery or trauma within the past 90 days; 7. The patient is allergic to the test drug; 8. The investigator believes that the patient has other conditions that are not suitable for participating in this study.
