18 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA classification I-IV; 2. Cardiac function grade III and below (NYHA classification); 3. Age>=18; 4. No contraindications for nerve block; 5. Patient informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe communication barriers; 2. Serious disorders of coagulation function; 3. There are contraindications for nerve block; 4. Hypersensitivity to dexmedetomidine and ropivacaine; 5. Long-term use of opioids; 6. Pulmonary insufficiency; 7. Complex aortic root surgery such as root widening; 8. Moderate or above major coronary stenosis; 9. Deep and low temperature stop cycle.
