Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with diagnosed type 2 diabetes; 2. Aged from 18 to 75 years, both male and female; 3. The weight of the blood collector> 40 kg; 4. The total amount of white blood cells in peripheral blood is within the normal range; 5. Normal bone marrow reserve function and normal liver and kidney function; 6. There is no obvious genetic disease, and the liver and kidney biochemical indexes are normal.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant and lactating women; 2. Patients with a history of organ transplantation; 3. Uncontrollable infectious diseases or other serious diseases, such as HIV positive; 4. Patients with systemic autoimmune disease or immunodeficiency disease; 5. Allergic patients; 6. Chronic diseases requiring immune preparations or hormone therapy; 7. Participated in other clinical trials within the past 30 days.
