Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 18 years; 2. The time window from onset to treatment of new stroke symptoms or signs is within 24 hours; 3. No obvious sequelae left in the first onset or previous stroke (mRS<=2); 4. Occlusion of the terminal internal carotid artery or the M1/M2 segment of the middle cerebral artery or the A1/A2 segment of the anterior cerebral artery and underwent endovascular recanalization (mechanical thrombectomy or angioplasty); 5. The patient or the patient authorized family members to sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe stroke confirmed by clinical assessment (such as NIHSS>25) or/and other imaging studies; 2. History of stroke within the past 3 months; 3. Platelet count 185 mmHg or diastolic > 110 mmHg measured on 3 repetitions at least 10 minutes apart; 5. Blood sugar 400mg/dl (22.2mmol/l); 6. Those who are pregnant or breastfeeding; 7. History of severe central nervous system damage (such as tumor, aneurysm, intracranial or spinal cord surgery); 8. Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (>2min) in the past 10 days; 9. Acute pancreatitis; 10. Intracranial aneurysm, arteriovenous malformation; 11. Patients with serious diseases of the heart, liver, kidney, lung and other vital organs and multiple organ failure; 12. Patients with severe systemic diseases, blood diseases, collagen diseases, connective tissue diseases, infectious diseases, and endocrine and metabolic diseases (except diabetes) have autoimmune diseases, have infection at the time of enrollment, and are accompanied by malignant tumors; 13. Other circumstances that the researcher believes may have an impact on the results of this study.
