Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-60 years, female, weight 35-78kg; 2. Preoperative cardiac function classification (NYHA) I-II; 3. The function of important organs is basically normal; 4. There is no tachycardia, bradycardia, conduction block and arrhythmia before operation, and the electrocardiogram is basically normal; 5. Mallampati airway rating lower than or equal to Class II; 6. The type of surgery is gynecological laparoscopic surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Serious primary diseases such as endocrine system and hematopoietic system; 2. Uncontrolled hypertension and patients with obvious infection; 3. Those who are intubated for the second time have difficulty in intubation; 4. Those with mental disorders, or cognitive dysfunction, etc.
