Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-28 years; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria and have unilateral involvement; 3. Not receiving drugs or physical therapy; 4. Voluntarily and signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. There is damage to the tissues around the knee joint; 2. No history of knee surgery; 3. Allergic to kinesio taping (KT); 4. There are medical contraindications to physical activity (such as cardiovascular disease); 5. Inability to insist on intervention due to personal or other reasons.
