Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects aged between 40 and 80 years; 2. All subjects with type 2 diabetes met the 1999 WHO diagnostic criteria for diabetes, and had a stable hypoglycemic regimen within the past 3 months; 3. Have not used antibiotics, lactulose, viable microbial preparations, etc. within 2 months before entering the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Diabetic ketoacidosis, hyperglycemia and hyperosmolar state or severe and repeated hypoglycemia events in the past 3 months, thyroid, parathyroid and other endocrine-related diseases; 2. Patients with severe anemia, severe heart disease, liver and kidney dysfunction or other systemic history of systemic diseases; 3. Gastrointestinal diseases; 4. Acute infection; 5. Patients with malignant tumors and autoimmune diseases; 6. History of severe neuropsychological, mental illness, alcoholism or abuse of psychotropic substances; 7. There are serious neurological diseases (cerebrovascular disease, tumor, stroke, Parkinson's, brain trauma, etc.); 8. Those with visual and hearing impairments.
