65 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing elective internal fixation of lower extremity fractures, knee arthroplasty, and hip arthroplasty; 2. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grade I-II, aged 65 years and above, and conscious during the perioperative period.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Suffering from central nervous system and psychological diseases, long-term use of sedatives and antidepressants in the past year; 2. Parkinson's disease; 3. Severe hearing or visual impairment; 4. Drug dependence; 5. Alcoholism; 6. Those who cannot communicate with doctors.
