Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Children with congenital heart disease weighing <=10kg; 2. Elective open heart surgery under cardiopulmonary bypass, and the estimated cardiopulmonary bypass time is more than 60 minutes; 3. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classification: I-III; 4. Complete the signing of the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of previous cardiac surgery; 2. Combined with renal insufficiency (preoperative creatinine value > 1.0mg/dl or preoperative dialysis required); 3. Newborns (less than 28 days old); 4. Use of nephrotoxic drugs within seven days before surgery: gentamicin and vancomycin; 5. Extracorporeal life support is required before surgery; 6. Preoperative anemia (Hb 150g/L); 7. It is expected to use deep hypothermic circulatory arrest or selective cerebral perfusion during surgery; 8. Emergency surgery; 9. Participated in other clinical research projects; 10. Preoperative abnormality of important organs such as nervous system or liver.
