Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Traumatic orthopedic patients undergoing emergency surgery; 2. Planned to receive general anesthesia; 3. Aged over 18 years; 4. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classification: I to III; 5. Before the start of the trial, after fully explaining it, and obtaining the informed consent of the patient or his family; 6. The estimated operation time is 2 h-3 h.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe vision, hearing impairment or unconsciousness who cannot communicate effectively; 2. Patients who refuse to participate in the study; 3. Patients with body temperature higher than 37.5? when entering the room; 4. Patients whose vital signs are difficult to maintain.
