Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who plan to undergo non-cardiac surgery under elective general anesthesia; 2. Aged >= 60 years; 3. ASA classification I-III; 4. The patients were informed and signed the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Known allergic to butorphanol; 2. Long-term use of opioids or opioid addiction; 3. Patients treated with long-term bronchodilators, steroids or angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors; 4. Patients with a long history of chronic cough; 5. Those who are mentally ill or unable to cooperate for other reasons; 6. Participate in other drug clinical investigators within the past three months.
