Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with hip and lower extremity surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Combined with other serious trauma, coagulation dysfunction, application of anticoagulant drugs, history of long-term use of analgesics, history of local anesthetic allergy, FICB operation area infection, patients who cannot communicate or score normally.
