18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Those who meet the diagnostic criteria for chronic spontaneous urticaria in EAACI/GA2LEN/EDF/WAO Urticaria Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines (2017 Edition) and Chinese Urticaria Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines (2014 Edition); 2. Aged 18 -70 years; 3. Not using antihistamines within 2 weeks before entering the study, and not using steroid hormones and immunosuppressive drugs within 1 month; 4. Not participating in other ongoing clinical investigators; 5. Sign the informed consent form and voluntarily participate in this research.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with unclear consciousness, unable to express subjective discomfort symptoms and mentally ill patients; 2. Progressive malignant tumor or other serious wasting disease, prone to infection and bleeding; 3. Patients with serious primary diseases such as cardiovascular, liver, kidney, digestive and hematopoietic systems; 4. Pregnant patients and lactating patients.
