Group A:Maintenance of anesthesia with simple intravenous injection of propofol and remifentanil
Group B:Intravenous injection of propofol, remifentanil, combined with sevoflurane for maintenance of intravenous inhalation anesthesia

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 2-10 years; 2. ASA classification level I; 3. No serious heart, liver and kidney disease; 4. No recent history of respiratory infection or cerebrovascular disease; 5. Preoperative body temperature was normal.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with a history of previous surgery and fever during surgery.
