Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. For patients undergoing laparoscopic hepatectomy under controlled low central venous pressure, the estimated operation time is more than 2 hours. 2. Aged between 18 and 70 years. 3. ASA is graded I-II.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient does not agree to participate in clinical research; 2. History of brain trauma surgery, stroke and other neuropsychiatric diseases; 3. Obvious history of heart and lung diseases: cardiac function III to IV, LEVF < 50% on echocardiography, moderate to severe heart valve regurgitation, and severe arrhythmia. Patients with poorly controlled hypertension and orthostatic hypotension. Preoperative liver and kidney dysfunction; 4. Those who cannot cooperate with the completion of the Simple Mental State Examination (MMSE) assessment and MMSE score <24 points before surgery; 5. Intraoperative conversion to laparotomy; 6. Intraoperative hemorrhage occurred; 7. The CVP and PetCO2 cannot be controlled within the target range by various means during the operation.
