Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient group: (1) Aged >= 18 years; (2) The eye position is normal, the central fixation point is good, and an ophthalmological examination can be performed; (3) The eye image is clear, easy to read and distinguish; (4) Kidney disease was diagnosed by renal biopsy or by an experienced expert. 2. Control group: (1) Aged >= 18 years; (2) The eye position is normal, the central fixation point is good, and an ophthalmological examination can be performed; (3) The eye image is clear, easy to read and distinguish; (4) No kidney disease was judged by a nephrologist.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severe uncontrollable systemic disease.
