Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. All patients are drug-refractory, and they have received at least two antiepileptic drugs combined therapy or regular single-drug therapy before ketogenic diet therapy, and the children still have epileptic seizures. 2. Parents signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Contraindications to the ketogenic diet. 2. Ketogenic diet treatment ineffective.
