Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthy young men; 2. Regular exercise more than three times a week.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have any acute or chronic diseases; 2. Surgery has been done in the past six months; 3. Have smoking and drinking habits; 4. Have taken any medicines within one month; 5. With any contraindications to exercise.
