18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Select elective patients undergoing general anesthesia surgery with awake nasotracheal intubation under fiberoptic bronchoscopy; Preoperative airway assessment: Modified Mallampati grade III or IV; 2. The American Society of Anesthesiologists' preoperative patient classification (ASA classification) is grade I-II; 3. Aged 18-75 years, gender is not limited; 4. Body mass index 18-32kg/m^2 (BMI=weight (kg)/height^2 (m^2)); 5. Understand and agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with central nervous system or mental illness; 2. Difficulty in language communication, unable to cooperate with the research; 3. Abnormal coagulation function and bleeding tendency; 4. Those who are allergic to esketamine or dexmedetomidine; 5. Those who have participated in or are participating in other clinical trials within 4 weeks before enrollment.
