30 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The patients were 30-65 years old under general anesthesia, bmi 18-30kg /m2, ASA grade was I ~ II, radical hepatocellular carcinoma resection was performed for the first time, and child-Pugh grade of liver function was A or B before surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Preoperative nerve block contraindications, preoperative hepatic arterial chemoembolization interventional therapy, radiofrequency ablation, radiofrequency chemotherapy or enhancement of immunity.Patients treated with medication or with a history of heavy alcohol consumption or long-term use of analgesic psychotropic drugs.
