18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Informed consent; 2. Aged 18 to 75 years; 3. Patients with gastric cancer diagnosed by gastroscope; 4. No anti-cancer treatment such as radiotherapy and chemotherapy before surgery; 5. No distant metastasis; 6. Patients with one of the following nutritional assessments during hospitalization: BMI 65, BMI = 10% in the past 6 months; food intake within one week is less than 50% of usual; admission albumin =4 points; 7. Oral feeding tolerance score 0-2; 8. ECOG score 0-2 points.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe heart, liver, lung and brain organ dysfunction; 2. Combined with other organ metastasis; 3. Patients with severe lactose intolerance; 4. The patient is pregnant, lactating or unable to take appropriate contraceptive measures; 5. Mental illness or related history; 6. Others are not suitable for this study; 7. Those who withdrew due to various problems during the study.
