Interventions

Ketamine group (group K):5 minutes before the start of surgery, 0.3 mg/kg of ketamine was intravenously injected
Control group (group C):5 minutes before the start of surgery, 0.006 ml/kg of saline was intravenously injected

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer, male or female, aged 34 ~ 65 years, body mass index 18 ~ 25 kg/m2, ASA grade I or II, the expected operation time is less than 6h, the expected blood loss is less than 800ml.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with poor comprehension ability, mental disorders or central nervous system disorders before surgery and can not cooperate; 2. Patients with diabetes or heart disease; 3. Intraoperative use of hormone therapy; 4. Patients allergic to ketamine or opioids; 5. Patients with severe liver or kidney dysfunction; 6. Alcohol addiction or often taking sedative and analgesic drugs.
