Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 60 years; 2. Those with normal reading, comprehension and expression skills can take a physical assessment test and cooperate with the investigator to complete the questionnaire; 3. Sign the informed consent and voluntarily participate in the researcher.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who cannot walk independently (use assisted walking tools); 2. Diagnosed with dementia and severe cognitive impairment; 3. Currently suffering from serious physical diseases; 4. There are recent or expected medical interventions that may affect walking (elective surgery, postoperative exercise restriction to varying degrees, receiving hemodialysis treatment).
