Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Taking Dongguan People's Hospital as the center, 100 patients aged 18-60 years with the first diagnosis of simple obesity were included.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Chronic kidney disease, liver failure (aminotransferase greater than the normal upper limit 2 times), gout attack history, taking special drugs (aspirin, metformin, iron and magnesium), acute gallbladder disease, gallbladder disease within 3 months after operation, pregnant women, diabetic patients, severe hypoglycemia, eating and drinking disorders, mental disorders (self abandonment, self negation, depression) Schizophrenia, etc.), acute attack and perioperative period.
