18 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years old; 2. Those who are weak, have major diseases, are older, or have a strong desire to preserve their anus; 3. Colonoscopy: the lower edge of the tumor is less than or equal to 15cm from the anal verge, the pathology shows rectal adenocarcinoma, and high-grade intraepithelial neoplasia; 4. Rectal endoscopic ultrasonography, pelvic enhanced CT, rectal enhanced MRI: the lower edge of the tumor is <=15cm from the anal verge, the stage is T1 or below (initial assessment <=cT1N0M0 or reassessment after neoadjuvant therapy <=ycT1N0M0), no lymph node metastasis, no distant metastasis; 5. Concomitant diseases without absolute contraindications to surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a history of pelvic radiotherapy; 2. Refuse to participate in the researcher.
