Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Participate voluntarily, be able to understand and comply with the experimental protocol, and sign the informed consent; 2. The location of impacted third molars was evaluated by Winter's classification, Pell's classification and Gregory's classification. The third molars are impacted at the level or mesial angle, and all teeth are partially or completely covered by mucosa. The area, size and resistance distribution of bilateral impacted molars were similar, and there was no other dental disease, periodontal condition, and no local inflammation during surgery; 3. The age is over 18 years old, and the gender is not limited.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with any systemic disease, poor oral hygiene 2.Smoking patient 3.Patients with different operation times between left and right sides exceeding 10 minutes.
