Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 18 years; 2. Those who are weak, have major diseases, are older, or have a strong desire to preserve their anus; 3. Colonoscopy: the lower edge of the tumor is less than or equal to 15cm from the anal verge, the pathology shows rectal adenocarcinoma, high-grade intraepithelial neoplasia, rectal polyps or adenomas (giant, sessile, recurrent, suspicious cancerous or unresectable under endoscopy), rectal carcinoid (<= 20 mm); 4. Rectal endoscopic ultrasonography, pelvic enhanced CT, rectal enhanced MRI: the lower edge of the tumor is <=15cm from the anal verge, the stage is T1 or below (initial assessment <= cT1N0M0 or reassessment after neoadjuvant therapy <=ycT1N0M0), no lymph node metastasis, no distant metastasis; 5. Concomitant diseases without absolute contraindications to surgery.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a history of pelvic radiotherapy; 2. Patients with peritoneal implantation; 3. Refuse to participate in the researcher.
