Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with gynecological malignancies and staged as I-IV; 2. Patients with normal cognitive ability; 3. Patients and their families understand and are willing to participate in this study, and voluntarily sign the informed consent; 4. Patients with ECOG score <= 2; 5. Patients aged 18 to 65 years; 6. Patients with predicted survival more than 3 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients or family members who have suffered from mental illness in the past or present; 2. Patients with rapid disease progression, poor prognosis, and only palliative treatment; 3. Patients who stop or give up treatment in the middle; 4. Accompanied by severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and primary diseases of the lung, liver, kidney and other systems.
