Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age over 18 years old, no gender limit;Successful establishment of autologous arteriovenous fistula for the first time (postoperative anastomosis with unobstructed blood vessel);The location of the internal fistula is the forearm;Sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Mental disorders, mental retardation, deafness, blindness, etc. who cannot cooperate with functional exercise; Those who cannot be followed up as required; Primary vascular disease; Patients with severe cardiovascular disease or cerebrovascular disease within 1 month.
