Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The inclusion criteria for healthy patients aged 60-80 years and patients with systemic diseases such as AD and PD in Zhejiang were as follows: healthy, no systemic diseases, no antibiotics or fluoride used within 6 months, and no other bacterial or fungal infectious diseases in other parts. Relevant systemic disease inclusion criteria, with reference to the diagnostic criteria of the disease.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Antibiotic or fluoride use within 6 months; with bacterial or fungal infection.
