Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age ranged from 18 to 45 years; 2. The diopter of subjects with high myopia was less than -6.25d or the diopter of normal refraction group was between ± 0.75D.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with other organic changes in the eyes, such as keratoconus, amblyopia, strabismus, cataract, glaucoma, and etc; 2. Patients with other diseases that affect the development of the eye, such as diabetes and other nutrition related diseases,Serious heart, liver and kidney diseases, and etc.
